Director Member Networking

Are you a business professional with 5 or more years of digital product management and experience as a community manager? Do you have a working knowledge of various social networking platforms and their pros and cons and costs? Are you able to leverage social platforms to drive results?

 

AMA Toronto is looking for a professional and committed volunteer with the flexibility and bandwidth to help run our Membership team and the abilities to plan, organize and implement high value member programs for our community. As one of our Membership Directors, you will hold a major role within our organization with opportunities to learn and grow, to sharpen your skills, build your network and leadership skills, and have fun!

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Determining the platforms to use to engage members in an ongoing multi-party conversation within the context of the AMA social channel ecosystem and budget.
  • Collaborating with the VP Membership and Marcom and Digital groups to create a plan to establish a new Member marketplace for idea generation and networking outside of events.
  • Laying out a project plan with milestones and deliverables.
  • Creating and measuring KPIs of the project and amending the plan as needed.
  • Coaching, guiding and managing the Manager of Member Networking.
  • Ensuring the success of the networking platform.
