Are you an ambitious business school graduate with 3+ years experience in consulting and/or sales? Do you have a start-up and an entrepreneurial mindset? Do you have a “make it happen attitude” and strong focus on getting results? 

 

AMA Toronto is looking for a professional and committed volunteer with the flexibility and bandwidth to join our Career Centre team. You will report to Director Partnerships, Dean MacNeil, and play an important role in helping us build our newly launched Career Centre into a best-in-class job board. As an AMA volunteer you will be part of a recognized international marketing association and enjoy opportunities to learn and sharpen your skills, build your network and leadership potential, and have fun! 

 

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Helping to develop and execute the strategic plan.
     
  • Planning and execution of product features, marketing and communications, demand generation and UX. 
     
  • Analyzing internal and external data to help guide decisions.
     
  • Targeting marketing professionals and employers looking for qualified candidates.
  • Using management processes such as Agile management and/or Slack.
