This session will be hosted by AMA Toronto chapter president Miglena Nikolova and Director of Partnerships and Sponsorships Dean MacNeil, and moderated by Steve Simkus, Director of Executive Communications.

AMA Toronto has always been deeply committed to supporting our members as they progress through the many and varied phases of their marketing careers. We'll also unveil the new AMA Career Centre, which seeks to attract top employers and recruiters while giving job seekers valuable exposure to great companies by joining our AMA Talent Pool.

Grab your tea or coffee and join us on Thursday January 21st from 5:00 to 6:00 PM.

Monthly Marketing Networking Group - Exploring the State of Customer Experience in Canada in the Post-Covid Reality

AMA Toronto will kick-start the monthly Marketing Networking Group (MNG) series of events for 2021 with a look at the State of Customer Experience in the Post-Covid context - informed through a recent study commissioned by consulting firm TMG International Inc.

Customer experience continues to be the driving force that marketers and brand strategists leverage to stay competitive. However, as this bi-annual study demonstrates, many companies are still struggling with how to implement effective customer experience programs and processes to improve their business results - especially in the post-Covid context.

Join John Bardawill, the Managing Director of TMG, as he shares some of the findings from the survey and moderates a discussion with Glenn Laverty, Retired President & C.E.O. of Ricoh Canada, who successfully pivoted the business away from its traditional product offering to a service company by focusing on customer experience.

As always, you will have the opportunity to meet our speakers, and mix and mingle with like-minded professionals to connect, learn and grow.
