Did you know diversity and innovation can be great bedfellows? Most organizations want these two things. But how many truly create an environment for this relationship to flourish? Tom Thattacherry, Head, Supplier Diversity at Genentech explores this question through his talk: “DEI: A Launchpad for Innovation”. Through candid conversation, he will share his insights, experience, and shed light on the pitfalls and opportunities that are in front of us, but that are often misunderstood.
