Next MNG Virtual Meetup with Stan Phelps & David Rendall on July 29th at 5:30 p.m.

Virtual

07/29/2020

The American Marketing Association(AMA) Toronto is proud to present our next event, hosted virtually, on Wednesday, July 29th from 5:30-7:00 PM EST.

Stan Phelps, TEDx speaker, Forbes contributor, IBM futurist and Certified Speaking Professional together with the co-author of the book "Pink Goldfish" David Rendall will focus on the future of customer experience. During the event, Stan and David will explain how to amplify differentiation to stand out in the marketplace, and introduce you to his book series.

True differentiation in business is rare. We are now living in an age of equivalency. Businesses need to find ways to stand out. This presentation demonstrates the seven ways to leverage what makes you unique and “wonder-full” in business. Attendees will learn how to uncover the weirdness in their DNA, understand how to design in order to amplify uniqueness and will gain a deeper appreciation for the need to exceed customer expectations.

This event will be especially beneficial for the business owners, marketing managers, and employees who want to improve customer retention, drive differentiation and promote word of mouth advocacy.
