The Zappos CEO recently did a class act in framing their sound decision to maintain their quality customer service by withdrawing service to Canada.
It's a pity we didn't get to have higher awareness of Zappos in Canada. Tony Hsieh has done well to build an enterprise around its people and their customers.
Interestingly, John Costanzo, president of Purolator International was among the first to respond to the CEO's blog post.
