the things you learned through years of experience.

learn from your mentor – partner as well.
How does it
work?
We commit business leaders to become
Mentors, and they then avail themselves to mentoring
mid-level, emerging marketers. The Mentor Exchange program provides
mentors with a robust
but simple mentoring/coaching curriculum, and access to a certified
coach for Q&A.
A two-three hour training session bring the mentor community
together before the program
begins, to allow the mentors to clearly understand their role.
The expectations are for a time commitment of 10 hours a year,
each mentor focused on one
mentee.
At year end, either the relationship will continue, both parties
willing, or either may
choose to exit altogether, or to change “relationships”.
Mentees are screened and briefed as well on the nature of the
mentoring, prior to being
accepted in the program.
